• Ability to devote adequate time to meet the commitments with your Mentee.

Responsibilities of a Mentor

• Willingness to commit time and energy to the mentoring proces

• Assist in the development of the mentees and goals and actions to be pursued during the mentoring partnership

• Commitment to working with the mentee to meet her/his goals

• Take a leadership role and model the characteristics and behaviors of a leader

• Provide constructive feedback to the mentee, and to The Man Project 

• Be open to feedback and suggestions for improving effectiveness as a mentor
